  1. Risk Free Subscriptions. We believe that you should only pay for what you use, which is why we will only charge you for your plan if you are using our service. We don't make any upfront charge against your credit card, and we don't send you a bill every month. If you are dissatisfied with our service within 30 days of signing up just send us an email explaining why and we will close your account and refund any charges incurred during that first month. If you want to cancel your account after those first 30 days just send us an email and we will close your account. If at any point you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your package, please let us know.

  2. What Is An Active Customer? We consider any activity on our site by single customer to be an Active Customer. That means your Active Customer count will go up when a customer either purchases or redeems a service from you. However, a customer may only become an Active Customer once per month meaning that an Active Customer may purchase and redeem many times in a given month but will only count as one Active Customer. For example, if you sign up for a "Small" account, you can have up to 30 Active Customers at no additional charge. When the 31st customer in a month redeems a service, however, you will incur an additional charge for that customer.

  3. So How Does This Work? When a customer makes a payment to you we will subtract any balance owing on your account from that customer's transaction. For example, let's say you sign up for a "Small" account. You will start with a balance owing of $9.99, but when your first customer makes a $20.00 purchase through your storefront we will deduct the $9.99 from that purchase forwarding $10.01 on to your account.

  4. Are There Any Transaction Costs? Yes, but only the transactional charges incurred from using your bank, credit card or PayPal account. Gravity Free does not charge any additional amount on top of the fees imposed by your bank or PayPal. You can see PayPal's merchant fee schedule here.

  5. Do I Have To Give Gravity Free My Bank PIN or PayPal Password? No, Gravity Free will never ask you or your customers for passwords to your bank, credit card, PayPal or any other accounts. When you link other accounts to Gravity Free we will always redirect you to a secure login for that site. Security on the Internet is a problem, but one that you can prevent by being diligent with your online transactions. Here are some tips to help you stay safe online:

    • Always check that the url of the site is what you expect: There is a difference between http://www.paypal.com and http://www.paypals.com!
    • Never send passwords through email. Your email can be transferred through many different email servers before it lands in the inbox of the receipient. Remember that the IT people running those email servers can read your email and while we all know and trust at least one person in the IT industry but that doesn't mean everyone in IT is trustworthy!
